We have a NO REFUND Policy which allows you, our client, the option to return your purchase for another item or return your purchase for a store credit within 10 days of the purchase if the receipt is included. All bras, panties, swim suits, hosiery products and shapewear products purchased are not returnable. You can understand why. As we continue to keep you, our clients, happy and healthy by providing clean and safe products. All sale items are final sale. There is always an exception when things go wrong, it’s life, it happens. If soon after your purchase you find that your new garment has a defect, we will try to replace the garment, depending on availability of the item and condition of item. Your client satisfaction is our number one priority so, if you do have any questions or concerns about our policy, all you have to do is ask. We will gladly hear you out, and ensure you are satisfied.
